Installation Preparation

Gather all necessary tools and components before beginning installation.

  1. Disconnect negative battery terminal for safety.

Wiring Connections

  3. Ensure magnetic base attaches securely to metal surface.
  4. Route cable neatly and secure with ties.
  5. Connect to GPS antenna port on unit.

Important: GPS antenna must have clear view of sky for satellite reception.

Bluetooth Setup

Pair mobile phone for hands-free operation and audio streaming.

  1. Enable Bluetooth on mobile phone.
  2. Access Phone menu on unit touchscreen.
  3. Select "Pair New Device" and follow prompts.
  4. Enter PIN if required (default: 0000).
  5. Confirm pairing on both devices.
  6. Test call functionality and audio streaming.

Note: Some phone features may require phone-specific compatibility.

Maintenance & Care

Keep unit clean and protect from extreme temperatures.
