Installation

Professional installation recommended. Disconnect negative battery terminal before beginning.

  1. Mounting: Install mounting sleeve into dashboard opening.

  3. Antenna: Connect vehicle antenna cable.
  4. Secure unit: Slide main unit into mounting sleeve until it clicks.
  5. Test operation: Reconnect battery, test all functions.

Basic Operation

Power on unit; insert faceplate if detached.

  1. Source selection: Press SOURCE to cycle through CD, Tuner, AUX.
  2. Volume control: Turn VOL knob or use remote volume buttons.
  3. CD operation: Insert disc; playback starts automatically.
  4. Tuner operation: Press BAND to select AM/FM; use TUNE to seek stations.

Tip: Reset to factory settings by holding AUDIO while powering on.

Playing Media

Supports audio CDs and MP3 CDs.

  1. CD Insertion: Press EJECT, insert disc label side up.
  2. Playback: Starts automatically; use TRACK buttons for navigation.
  3. MP3 Playback: Navigate folders using TUNE knob.
  4. Repeat/Random: Press RPT or RDM for repeat/random play.
  5. Scan: Press SCAN to sample each track for 10 seconds.
  6. Fast Forward/Rewind: Hold TRACK buttons during playback.
  7. Eject: Press EJECT to remove disc.

WARNING! Do not use damaged or irregular-shaped discs. Keep discs clean.

Security Features

Detachable Faceplate: Remove when parked to deter theft. Security Code: 4-digit code can be set (default 0000).

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemicals or abrasives.
